Russell Brand filed for divorce from Katy Perry three weeks ago, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis were revealed last week to be all but officially finished. And now Brit singer Seal and his German supermodel wife Heidi Klum are said to be calling it a day. The other two couples may have valid reasons but neither can compete with a national rivalry that's sparked two world wars and two semi-final defeats on penalties. Seal said: "We certainly have differences of opinion. I mean, she's German and I'm English, so if I said we didn't have differences of opinion, no one would believe that." Seal gave an insight into a potentially prickly Christmas during a chat late last year promoting his new album — Soul 2 — in which he also said he was "head over heels in love" with his missus.
