Twinings New Green Tea - More than your average Green tea

Christmas may have only been one a month away, but come the New Year, the extra gained pounds are a constant remainder of weight and health risks and how to manage them more effectively. One way to diminish fat cells in our body is to switch our food intake to healthier alternatives with less harmful substances for our body to break down. Green tea, for example, could be an excellent substitute for consuming coffee. There are several clear-cut health benefits of green tea over coffee, but first let us examine why an excess of coffee is ultimately bad for our bodies. Firstly, several cups of coffee, (complete with cream and sugar), can result in a belly-bulge. Even when consumed plain, coffee can increase risks of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) levels, which raises our body’s cholesterol.
