Through the explosion of legalized marijuana in the States, a whole new industry has been created. This industry seems to create a wide variety of weed-inspired products. One of them is Chrontella, a hazelnut chocolate spread that’s blended with 300 milligrams of cannabis extract. Manufactured by the edibles maker Cannavis, Chrontella has already become a highly thought after product. If you just fell off your seat, you can relax. As with all good things, it is currently only available in Canada! Image Source: Screenshot/Instagram/Chrontella
Helsinki’s average temperature in November was a frosty 1 degree Celsius. Nevertheless, Helsinki seems to still attract tourists, even in this cold, cold weather. The Travel Guide “Visit Finland” decided to congratulate any tourists, who had been brave enough to make the journey to the snowy city, with a massive banner. According to local sources the banner was real and it is hanging towards the centre of the city. If you should be around, have a look at it. Image Source: Screenshot/Imgur/2016
KFC New Zealand has released a limited-edition scented candle. So if you always wanted your place to smell like fried chicken, you might be in luck. The candle isn’t actually for sale, it was only part of a social media giveaway. In order to win one of the candles, KFC asked its followers to suggest other ideas for KFC merchandise. Ideas included fried chicken lip balm, deodorant, and bath bombs, for those who want the immersive KFC experience. It seems people can never get enough of fried chicken? Christmas is here and this means one thing: giving and receiving presents. One thing I hate about presents is wrapping them up. I am really bad at wrapping presents up and it usually takes a fair bit of time too. I just stumbled across this video and it really shows a quick and much easier way to wrap your Christmas presents. I haven’t tried it myself but it looks alright and manageable. Image Source: Screenshot/Youtube/2016
If you think you have seen it all, think again. A hidden camera left in a forest to snap pictures of animals in the wild ended up capturing pictures of a naked man who thought he was a tiger after taking LSD.
The man, has been identified as a 21-year-old man from the Czech Republic. It was only when foresters looked back at the footage that they spotted the man’s antics. They then handed over the pictures to police, who later apprehended the young man. He has been fined and will not face any further charges. This is a prime example why you should never take drugs 🙂 Image Source: Screenshot/CEN /2016
A Kickstarter campaign has been started for a new pair of smart glasses called Vue. These smart glasses are a little unusual because they look no different from your standard pair of smart glasses. There is no display — instead, you communicate with the device through voice. The glasses use bone conduction technology to send sound waves as vibrations through your skull. That way your ears are freed up for day-to-day activities.
A microphone is also featured, so a user can ask to listen to music, make a phone call, and so on. Not everything we do can be hands-free — there is a touch surface on the side of the glasses too. Currently there are different shapes to choose from along with three colours, including black, white, or brown. Prices start around $179. For more information click here.
